THE Imperial Government would like to be informed whether the British Govern- ment agree to the adjournment of the date of the Opium Conference to the 1st July proposed by the Dutch Government; furthermore, the Imperial Government would be thankful for information as to the intentions of the British Government in respect to regulating the trade in morphia and cocaine.
